Yes! I’m based in Oklahoma City, but keep my travel prices as low as possible to accommodate couples from all over the world. Please contact me for more detailed information. Destination weddings and Colorado weddings currently get a special rate!
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
Local wedding coverage begins at $2400. Local wedding collections begin at $2800.
Sessions begin at $400. Destination weddings + elopements are priced including travel.
DO YOU ONLY SHOOT WEDDINGS AND ENGAGEMENTS?
I love being able to photograph these incredible times in couples’ lives. Aside from wedding + engagement photography, I offer travel, food, lifestyle, and branding photography. Let’s connect to talk about your unique vision.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
I am an observer, so my images reflect that. I shoot for moments and mood, not poses or shot lists.
With that said, my style is very modern, bold, and honest. I am drawn to simplicity, composition, and light. Not only do I hope to tell your story, but I hope to make some damn good art while I’m at it.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Rachel Photographs accepts all major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. For your session, the full session fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. For weddings, a $1000 retainer is due to reserve your date. Half of the remaining balance is due halfway between the booking time and your wedding date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. No-interest payment plans may be arranged. Contracts must be signed for each session and wedding. If you’re low on cash but can offer a lot of tacos or Chance the Rapper tickets, I’d be willing to chat.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT PHOTOS TO BE DELIVERED?
For weddings, up to 8-10 weeks, though I try really really hard to have them to you by your first-month anniversary. For lifestyle sessions or engagements, usually up to 3-5 weeks. If the turnaround time is estimated to differ, I will keep you updated.
WILL YOU MAKE ME SKINNIER/WILL YOU EDIT OFF MY BRACES/WILL YOU GIVE ME A NEW HAIRSTYLE/CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP MY SPRAY TAN/CAN YOU GIVE ME A TAN/CAN YOU ADD THE SNAPCHAT BUTTERFLY CROWN FILTER TO MY IMAGES?
All photos you receive will have basic correction and re-touching. You will look like you. I will not make you skinnier, erase your braces, fix a bad spray tan, makeup job, or hair-do. I will do my absolute best to make you feel your best, but if you’re worried about hair/makeup, or what to wear, let me know! I can recommend some beauty experts and excellent stylists.
CAN I POST THESE ON FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM OR TWITTER OR MY WEBSITE?
Yes! Of course. However, PLEASE (x infinity) give credit. A simple “photo(s) by www.rachelphotographs.com (or tag me on instagram @rachelphotographs)” works perfectly. Also, my heart will shatter into a thousand pieces if you add any filter on the photos I hand-edited for you. Just as much as shooting is my art, editing has become my art as well. Please do not mess with the final photos.

Hooray! Contact me and see if I’m available. Dates book up anywhere from 6 months - a year out, but feel free to holler if you’re getting married soon! There are often some “last-minute” dates available. I’d love to set up a meeting (either in-person or over skype) to make sure we’re a great fit. To reserve your date in my calendar, a $500 retainer and a signed contract is required.
